Ads that get noticed. Systems that don't leak.

Paid media, creative, automation and the websites that hold them together.

Most teams run these five things separately.

I connect them, so a click becomes a conversation, a lead becomes a follow-up, and every result can be traced back.

Most growth problems sit between teams. Marketing hands off to sales, sales blames the leads, and nobody owns the pipe in the middle. That's where I start.

  1. Find the constraint

The ad, the audience, the offer, the follow-up or the data pipe.

  2. Build the system

Tracking and lead routing go in before spend goes up.

  3. Create demand

Each channel gets a job. Creative speaks to one buyer at a time.

  4. Automate the handoff

Follow-up starts the moment a form is submitted.

  5. Learn from the signal

Judge on bookings and registrations. Move budget weekly.

Five projects.
Five different problems.

Three growth systems and two websites. Each one solved a different part of the chain, from the first ad to the last click.

Orient Travel / AlMaqam2023–2024Paid social, WhatsApp, tracking

Umrah is bought in conversation, so the funnel starts one.

Around 99% of acquisition ran click-to-WhatsApp. Campaigns were split by package and by English and Arabic, each with its own tracking code.

When cheap enquiries stopped turning into bookings, the audience, hook and price presentation changed before the budget did.

AED 21 → AED 7 per conversation. ~7% close rate in the peak month.

A lead isn't a registration.

A free B2B expo makes form fills cheap and untrustworthy. Meta and LinkedIn got different jobs, Meta was geo-tested across six Canadian city markets, and paid leads were matched against real registrations.

Then Meta reported 13 leads and the sheet showed 3. The campaign hadn't failed. The pipe had.

Event runs 20–21 October 2026 in Mississauga. Registration results published after the event.

FEAST Canada 2027Launching June 2027LinkedIn, Meta, lead design

A new show needs exhibitors before it needs visitors.

FEAST Canada is a new trade exhibition for food and beverage manufacturing technology. Exhibiting companies are what make a show worth attending, so the first campaigns speak to them: equipment, automation and software suppliers who want to reach Canadian manufacturers.

One lean Meta campaign, LinkedIn targeting by job title and industry, lead forms that ask the right qualifying questions, and one clear next step: request the exhibitor prospectus.

Design SpaceFull website revamp

Stands that stop people in the aisle deserve a website that does too.

Design Space designs and builds bespoke exhibition stands and event experiences. Its website needed to feel as crafted as its work. A complete revamp, from positioning down to code: new art direction, content built around the company's own method, a large-format portfolio and a dedicated Our Work page.

Custom WordPress pages with their own navigation, type system and restrained motion. Then a careful move off Wix without touching the company's email.

A real moment from GDCC Canada 2026

13 people raised their hand. Only 3 were heard.

01

What should happen

Someone signs up from an ad. Their details flow automatically into a spreadsheet, the team is alerted, and a follow-up goes out.

02

What went wrong

13 people signed up. Only 3 reached the spreadsheet. The ad dashboard still showed 13, so nothing looked wrong.

03

The fix

A test sheet showed all 13 records. The gap was in the connection between the ad platform and the sheet, so I rebuilt it.

04

The result

All 13 records recovered, and the pipe rebuilt so every new sign-up now reaches the team.

    About

I didn't start in marketing. I started in sports management and events, running corporate off-sites and MICE programmes for groups of up to 180 people, where every detail had to land on the day.

Since then I've made the ads, built the websites and wired up the automation behind them, for travel brands, B2B events and tech companies.

Along the way I noticed something: most businesses don't need more leads. They need to stop losing the ones they already have. That's the part I enjoy fixing. And yes, I use AI every day, to move faster, not to do the thinking for me.
